A personal letter from the founder

Hey there! 👋

Over the years, I've been building several side projects, and I kept running into the common problems:

  • tracking customer sign-ups
  • collecting feedback from users
  • posting blog and changelog updates
  • creating a simple one-page website with custom HTML
I found myself either using multiple tools, custom solutions, workarounds, and duplicating same functionality in all my projects.

So I decided to extract the common functionality into a single tool, all in one place. That's how FeedbackFace was born. I'm using it for my own projects, and I'm excited to share it with you.

Right now, FeedbackFace has three main features:

Customer Analytics: Track Customer Sign-ups

Track customer sign-ups with beautiful charts, see daily/monthly/yearly growth patterns, and sync your app's data using our API. If you are on Rails, you can use our ruby gem feedbackface-ruby.

Websites: One-page websites and Blogs

You can create one-page website with custom HTML, blogs which can be used for changelogs, help documentation, and landing pages. You can use your own domain and automatic SEO optimization.

These are the core features for now, but I'm always evolving the product. I might add more features in the future, or I might remove some based on how I use them in my own projects and the feedback I get from users like you. This is very much a product shaped by real usage and real needs.
